The Thai Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Thailand will participate in Gulfood 2026, to be held from 26–30 January 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai and Dubai Expo City.
We would like to invite qualified stand construction companies to submit proposals for the design and construction of the Thailand Pavilion, including a comprehensive cost breakdown (design, construction, dismantling, and all related expenses).
Please refer to the attached documents, including the approved budget and standard pricing, the General Requirements for the Thailand Pavilion (TOR), the Thai Chamber of Commerce Manual, the DITP logo for 2026, the layout plan of the Thailand Pavilion, and the technical guidelines for Gulfood.
Please submit your proposal by 12 December 2025 at 3:00 PM, in hard copy or digital format, to the Thai Chamber of Commerce or via email at tccfairbiz@thaichamber.org
The bidder must present technical proposals and project implementation procedures according to the Term of Reference (TOR) on 15th December,2025 (45 minutes each).
The Thai Chamber of Commerce will not consider technical proposals from bidders who fail to present the work by the date specified by the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
