34.8\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ปัจจัยลบสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความเชื่อมั่นของภาคธุรกิจในเดือนนี้ ได้แก่ ความกังวลต่อสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งในตะวันออกกลาง ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สำคัญด้านพลังงานของโลก ส่งผลให้ราคาน้ำมันและก๊าซธรรมชาติในตลาดโลกปรับตัวสูงขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว และกระทบต่อต้นทุนขนส่งและต้นทุนการผลิตของผู้ประกอบการไทยโดยตรง นอกจากนี้ SMEs ความกังวลต่อการจ้างงานในบางภาคธุรกิจ และปัญหาฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก PM 2.5 ซึ่งกระทบต่อสุขภาพประชาชนและอาจส่งผลต่อการท่องเที่ยวในบางพื้นที่\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัจจัยบวกที่ช่วยประคับประคองความเชื่อมั่นบางส่วน อาทิ ความคาดหวังต่อนโยบายและมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาลใหม่ที่มีความชัดเจนมากขึ้น การคงอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบายไว้ที่ 1.00% ต่อปี การส่งออกของไทยเดือนมีนาคม 2569 ที่ขยายตัวร้อยละ 18.67 รวมถึงการฟื้นตัวของนักท่องเที่ยวจีนและนักท่องเที่ยวตลาดระยะไกล โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเทศกาลวันหยุดยาวสงกรานต์ ซึ่งส่งผลดีต่อภาคบริการและการท่องเที่ยวในหลายพื้นที่\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>เมื่อพิจารณาสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจในระดับภูมิภาค พบว่า ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นในทุกภูมิภาคปรับตัวลดลงจากเดือนก่อนหน้า โดยกรุงเทพฯ This caused oil and natural gas prices in the global market to rise rapidly and directly affected transportation costs and production costs of Thai entrepreneurs.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>In addition, the business sector remained concerned about the trend of rising input costs, including oil prices, transportation costs, and agricultural fertilizer prices. Some agricultural product prices also remained lower than the previous year, affecting farmers’ income and limiting purchasing power in some areas.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>At the same time, the business sector continued to monitor risk factors from high household debt, business liquidity, especially among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), concerns over employment in some business sectors, and the issue of PM 2.5 fine dust, which affects public health and may affect tourism in some areas.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Positive Factors Supporting Business Confidence\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>However, there were still positive factors that helped support some confidence, such as expectations toward clearer policies and economic stimulus measures of the new government, the decision to maintain the policy interest rate at 1.00% per year, Thailand’s exports in March 2026 expanding by 18.67%, as well as the recovery of Chinese tourists and long-haul market tourists, especially during the long Songkran holiday period. These factors positively affected the service sector and tourism in many areas.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Regional Economic Situation\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>When considering the economic situation at the regional level, the survey found that confidence indices in all regions decreased from the previous month.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Bangkok and its vicinity were pressured by energy costs, cost of living, household debt, and business liquidity.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Central Region faced concerns over oil prices, fertilizer costs, drought, and competition from imported
