โดยนำข้อมูลความต้องการกำลังคนจากหอการค้าจังหวัดมาใช้ประกอบการกำหนดสาขาและการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้พัฒนาทักษะในอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความต้องการจริงในพื้นที่\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ในปี 2568 Chulalongkorn University. Mr. Sarawut highlighted cooperation among the Equitable Education Fund (EEF), the Thai Chamber of Commerce, private-sector businesses and educational institutions. Workforce demand data gathered from provincial chambers of commerce is used to help determine fields of study and learning approaches, enabling students to develop skills in industries where there is genuine demand in their local areas.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"5238\" data-end=\"5484\">In 2025, the model was implemented in three provinces: Kamphaeng Phet, Khon Kaen and Phuket.
