ย่อมป้องกันไม่ให้กลายเป็นปัญหาใหญ่ในอนาคต\u003Cbr>2. “อย่าปัดฝุ่นไว้ใต้พรม”\u003Cbr>ปัญหาไม่ควรถูกซ่อนหรือปล่อยผ่าน แต่ต้องกล้าเผชิญหน้า วิเคราะห์สาเหตุ และจัดการอย่างตรงไปตรงมา เพื่อสร้างการพัฒนาอย่างแท้จริง\u003Cbr>3. “ต้องเรียนรู้และรับรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา”\u003Cbr>โลกเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ เทคโนโลยี สังคม และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค คนทำงานยุคใหม่จึงต้องเปิดรับความรู้ใหม่และพร้อมปรับตัวอยู่เสมอ\u003Cbr>4. “ใช้สมอง ใช้สติ อย่าพึ่งพา AI มากเกินไป”\u003Cbr>เทคโนโลยีและ AI เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน แต่สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดยังคงเป็นความคิด การวิเคราะห์ การใช้เหตุผล และการตัดสินใจของมนุษย์\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นอกจากนี้ ดร.พจน์ ยังเน้นย้ำถึงการ “ตั้งใจขับเคลื่อนร่วมกัน” The workforce of the new generation must therefore remain open to new knowledge and be ready to continuously adapt.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4. “Use your brain and judgment; do not rely too heavily on AI.”\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>Technology and AI are powerful tools that can enhance work efficiency.
