สะท้อนว่าผู้ประกอบการภาคเอกชนยังคงมีความกังวลต่อภาวะเศรษฐกิจโดยรวม ขณะที่ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นผู้บริโภค (Consumer Confidence Index) ในเดือนเดียวกันอยู่ที่ 50.1 ซึ่งนับว่าต่ำที่สุดในรอบ 32 เดือน
