ให้สามารถเรียนต่อสายอาชีพชั้นสูงในสาขาที่ตลาดแรงงานต้องการ เสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษาและการพัฒนาประเทศ\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ในปี 2568 โครงการนี้จะเน้นการผสานความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ท้องถิ่น และเอกชน
