ถือเป็นเรื่องท้าทายอย่างยิ่งต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจของ SMEs ไทย ในยุคปัจจุบัน ที่สิ่งต่างๆ ล้วนเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา หอการค้าไทย ในฐานะองค์กรภาคเอกชน ที่รวบรวมองค์ความรู้จากบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ มองเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ต่างๆ ไปยังสมาชิกผู้ประกอบการ SMEs สอดคล้องกับแนวทาง Inclusive growth การเติบโตอย่างทั่วถึง หรือการเติบโตที่ไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลังตามเจตนารมณ์ของหอการค้าไทยมาโดยตลอด” นายสนั่น กล่าว\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ในปี 2567 ที่ผ่านมาก หอการค้าไทย รับบริษัทน้องเลี้ยง ภายใต้โครงการ Big Brother (Season 8)\u003Cbr>จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 76 ราย โดยมีสัดส่วนของภาคการผลิต ภาคการค้า และภาคบริการใกล้เคียงกัน ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มธุรกิจที่ใหญ่ที่สุดยังคงเป็นกลุ่มอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม อยู่ที่ 27 ราย หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.53 รองลงมาคือกลุ่มธุรกิจค้าส่ง\u002Fค้าปลีก และกลุ่มท่องเที่ยวและบริการ ในสัดส่วนที่เท่าๆกัน คือกลุ่มละ 18 ราย หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.68 ทั้งนี้ สำหรับผลสำเร็จของโครงการ Big Brother (Season 8) จากบริษัทน้องเลี้ยง จำนวน 74 ราย ที่ผ่านการเข้าร่วมโครงการตลอดระยะเวลาโครงการ 1 ปี (2 รายติดภารกิจไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมจนจบหลักสูตร) ประเมินโดยทางศูนย์เอสเอ็มอี มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย พบว่า\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>การเพิ่มขึ้นของมูลค่าเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ ได้แก่ “รายได้หรือกำไรที่เพิ่มขึ้น” ซึ่งประเมินจากตัวชี้วัดด้าน “ยอดขายที่เพิ่มขึ้น” และ “ต้นทุนที่ลดลง” มีผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 33 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 45.83 มีผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเงินของธุรกิจสูงขึ้น โดยประมาณการเพิ่มสูงขึ้น 350.41 ล้านบาทต่อปี หรือเฉลี่ย 10.6 ล้านบาทต่อราย\u003Cbr>ซึ่งมีอัตราการเพิ่มขึ้นของมูลค่าที่มีตั้งแต่ในระดับร้อยละ 0.39 ไปจนถึงร้อยละ 4,310.66 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยมูลค่าเพิ่มขึ้นอยู่ที่ร้อยละ 28.66\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>การขยายช่องทางการขาย ซึ่งประเมินจากตัวชี้วัดด้าน “การเพิ่มขึ้นของช่องทางจำหน่ายและจำนวนลูกค้าใหม่” “การขยายสาขาใหม่ๆ ของธุรกิจ” “การขยายสาขาของธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ (Franchise) ด้วยจำนวนผู้ซื้อแฟรนไชส์ที่เพิ่มขึ้น” และ “การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์” ที่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า มีผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 17 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.61\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>การเพิ่มขึ้นของประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ซึ่งประเมินจากตัวชี้วัดด้าน “การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กร”\u003Cbr>“การกำหนดตัวชี้วัด” “การพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการ” ทั้งทางด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง รวมถึง “การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต” มีผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 15 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.83\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>ผลลัพธ์ในด้านอื่นๆ ได้แก่ การได้รับองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและเป็นประโยชน์ในการดำเนินกิจการของบริษัท การจัดอบรม รวมไปถึงการได้รับเครื่องมือต่างๆ เช่น เครื่องมือทางด้านบัญชีและการเงิน ที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริง ซึ่งมีผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 7 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.72\u003Cbr> \u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>ทั้งนี้ บริษัทน้องเลี้ยงบางรายยังอยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการ หากดำเนินการตามคำแนะนำอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนแล้วเสร็จตามที่บริษัทพี่เลี้ยงได้แนะนำไว้ ทางศูนย์เอสเอ็มอี มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย สามารถประมาณการเป็นมูลค่าการเติบโตของรายได้หรือกำไรที่เพิ่มขึ้นได้ถึง 1,374.85 ล้านบาท โดยใช้อัตราการเพิ่มขึ้นในอัตราเดียวกันกับอัตราค่าเฉลี่ยของบริษัทน้องที่สามารถวัดมูลค่าผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงิน หรือคิดเป็นอัตราการเติบโตเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ 28.66 ต่อปี ซึ่งเป็นตัวเลขที่สูงกว่าการอัตราการเติบโตของ SMEs ไทยในปี 2567 ที่คาดการว่าจะเติบโตเพียงร้อยละ 3.2 ต่อปี (ประมาณการโดยสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม หรือ
